Practices will be held from the first week of December till the first week of February from 4-5PM. Days of the week will vary with location.
Warmups, workouts, cooldowns, conditioning, and stretching are all important parts of a practice to ensure an athlete's safety, and will be led by coaches each practice. It is essential for all athletes to listen to and follow all their coach's instructions. Please do not be late to practice!
Practices may be cancelled due to bad weather or poor air quality. If this does happen, emails and messages over WhatsApp will be sent out. A little rain will not cause a practice to be cancelled unless stated otherwise. In case an athlete is not able to attend a practice or it is cancelled, they are highly encouraged to run on their own time.Â
